The coloring pages for Kea Coloring Book are all stored in a single directory, called the Catalog directory.

Using the Parent Tools, you can choose which coloring pages you want to appear in the coloring book, and what order they should appear in.

Editing the Catalog

To edit the catalog run the Parent Tools and then select Catalog > Edit catalog... from the menu.

Whenever you add or create a new picture, the program will also ask if you want to add it to the catalog.

Catalog Form

The catalog form shows two lists labelled Available (on the left) and Catalog (on the right).

Under Available you will see all the files that are available but haven't yet been added to the Catalog.

Under Catalog are the files that show up in the coloring book.

You can move one or more files from Available to the Catalog, by selecting them and then clicking the green arrow.

You can move one or more files from the Catalog to Available, by selecting them and then clicking the red arrow.

To select more than one file hold down the [Ctrl] key.

You can also move an item up or down in the catalog, by selecting it and pressing the blue up and down arrows.

Save your Changes!

Once you have rearranged the catalog make sure you press [OK] to save your changes.
