Kea Coloring Book: Submission Guidelines
Please read the following guidelines before submitting any of your artwork.
Whilst we hope that everyone will "play nice" when providing artwork for others to download,
we reserve the right to reject any submission. If your submission is rejected we will try
to tell you why. Once the issue has been resolved you are welcome to resubmit the artwork.
Proper format
All files must be a valid Kea Coloring File (".kcf").
These files can be created using the Kea Coloring Parent Tools.
All pictures must be a black and white line drawing,
with reasonable sized coloring areas that do not leak!
Appropriate
We will not accept any file which in our judgement is inappropriate.
Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to ... Adult content,
Sexist content, Racist content, Religiously or Culturally offensive content.
But is it art?
Most kids are going to like pictures they can recognise, but we do recognise the
validity of patterns and abstract art. In the end they will be judged by those who
choose to download them. For some hints on how to make pictures fun and useable, check
out "Making Pictures That Work" in the FAQ.
Legal / Copyright
Please do not submit artwork unless you have the right to do so.
We cannot accept artwork that infringes on the rights of the artist
or copyright holder.
By submitting files you are indicating that you are the legal owner of the copyright,
and that you are providing your work for others to freely download.
Where infringements of copyright are obvious we will reject the submission, but it
is not always obvious, and you could cause us serious legal problems by posting these items.
Contact e-Mail
At the present time, we do NOT require you to fill in the e-mail details when submitting.
If you DO provide your e-mail, we guarantee to only use it for the purposes of keeping you informed about the status of your submissions, and changes to the software. We will NEVER provide your details to anyone else (except where compelled to do so by law).
As long as everyone does the right thing, we can keep the e-mail optional.
Help us do the right thing
Although we do our best to avoid breaches of copyrights, we cannot guarantee that files posted to this site are the property of the person who posted them. If you believe that a file posted here is in breach of copyright, please notify us and we will immediately remove the item.
