Kid Friendly	The program is really easy to use. Any child who is comfortable with the basic move and click features of the mouse will have no trouble with this fun product.
Lots of Pictures	The program comes with a good variety of pictures to start with, but more importantly you can add your own, or download others from the 'net. Choosing a new picture is just a click away.
Coloring In	Coloring in is easy and fun. Just click the Brush on the paint color you want and then click on the part of the picture to paint.
Color Palettes	The Color Palette has 20 colors ready to use, but that's not all, you can switch to another palette with another 20 colors, and then another, and ...!
Color Mixing	For even more colors, just suck some paint into the Dropper, squirt it into a mixing tray and then add another color. Every effort has been made to make color mixing as realistic as possible - just like real paint!
Washing Up	Although there are lots of mixing trays available you may eventually want to wash them clean. It's as easy as picking up the Tap and clicking over the tray to wash away the paint.
Fun Sound Effects	Slurp, gurgle, splat! Kids love sound effects, and this product uses them in a fun way without going crazy. Hear the paint being sucked up into the Dropper and squirted into the tray, the sound of the Brush on paper, and the gurgling water as the Tap washes the paint away.
Print / Save / Email	It's great to be able to do all that coloring in on screen, but sooner or later kids will want to be able to share their pictures with their loved ones. Pictures can be printed, or they can be saved onto disk so that they can be printed later or e-mailed off to Grandma!
Configurable	The product is highly configurable. See the following section on Parent Tools.

Create Pictures	Feeling creative? With the Parent Tools you can import your own pictures to use with the Kea Coloring Book. You don't have to be Michelangelo to be able to create fun pictures that your kids will love! Strip out the color to make them colorable, and then give it a Title and Description. You can also find your place in posterity by including your name in the Author field.
Upload Pictures	If you'd like to share the fun, why not upload your pictures to our website so that other kids can enjoy your creations. Please note that we do check all pictures before they are made available for download. Please read our submission guidelines before submitting any of your pictures.
Download Pictures	As time goes on we expect there will be an almost endless supply of fun pictures for you to download. As well as all the kind folks who donate their pictures, we will continue to add more of our own ones too.
Edit the Catalog	Once you've created or downloaded new pictures you can put them into the catalog. Choose which pictures you want to be available for your child to color, and in what order they should appear.
Change Palettes	Want to create even more color palettes? It's easy with the parent tools. You can change existing palettes, create new ones, and switch off or delete the ones you don't like!
Configure	We've tried to make the Kea Coloring Book as kid friendly as possible, but recognise that different people will want different ways of doing things. With the Parent Tools we give you the power to change features, or turn them on or off, to suit your child's needs.
